Nora Wompi Nungurrayi
Born C-1935 Active Fitzroy Crossing, Lilparu (Well 33), Wirrimanu (Balgo Hills)

Nora has painted some of her traditional country, which is far to the south west of Balgo, along the middle stretches of the Canning Stock Route. The country depicted here is Muyultjulpa, a rock hole among a section of hilly, rocky country. Also shown are some women with their wanna digging sticks) who have come to Muyultjulpa to collect the kantilli, or bush raisin, that is found here.
