Initially part of the Adult Education Centre, then based in the affectionately known ‘Sisters Laundry’, Warlayirti Artists has grown to become internationally respected for dynamic vibrancy, colour force, culture content and sheer power of painting.

Moving into new premises in 1999, the success of Warlayirti Artists continues with global exhibitions, strategic business planning, passing on knowledge to new generations and steady commitment by the artists.
