SELLING YOUR ARTWORK

Palya Art offers curatorial, buying and selling advice to assist clients and institutions with their Collections. 

Collectors are invited to sell artworks with excellent provenance through Palya Art’s 
Online Gallery, or by Private Treaty, following a confidential appraisal. 

Please fill in the Artwork Details Form below with the specifics of the artwork you wish to sell in order to proceed.

Palya Art’s selling fee is 20% + GST

In selling your artwork, transportation, conservation where applicable, photography & insurances will be taken into consideration.

  • A good quality image without distortion of your artwork, a minimum size of 300kb
  • Copy of Provenance Certificate

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALES

Palya Art undertakes to present and sell your artwork for a fair and agreed price and return to the seller 75% of the sold price within 14 days of receiving payment.

The seller agrees to consign their artwork exclusively to Palya Art for a minimum of six months and will provide details of the artwork as requested in the Artwork Details Form
