Payment Method
Direct bank transfer.
Please contact Palya Art to confirm the availability of an artwork, stating the Palya Art catalogue number. On request, an invoice will be sent when you wish to purchase the piece. The invoice will contain Palya Art’s bank details for the transfer including international banking codes. Fees for the international transfer, packing, freight, insurance, duties and customs for shipping, will be calculated individually and added to the invoice.
Refunds
Important to Palya Art is that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you must notify Palya Art within 7 days of receiving the artwork. Palya Art will refund you for the price of the artwork, minus packing, freight and any insurance, tax and duty costs. The artwork would need to be returned in its original condition and come with the documentation provided before the refund can be applied. The cost of returning the artwork to Palya Art would be at the purchasers expense.
Provenance
The artworks come with a Palya Art identification certificate. The Palya Art certificate includes details of the artwork and artist and, where applicable, the artists’ owned Art Centre catalogue number and Art Centre Certificate of Authenticity.
Palya Art & Palya Art Tours has worked to bring global awareness, income and support for artists, communities and artists’ owned Art Centres since 1986. The artworks displayed in the galleries reflect the working relationship with Cultural Custodians, Traditional Owners and artists over the decades assisting to increase artists recognition, health, education and community resources. Palya Art & Palya Art Tours goes on to support the Art Centres and those artists who wish to work outside of the Art Centre model when all parties are assured of fairness, accurate provenance and documented commercial activity.
